We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build robust relationships, understand client requirements, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Make regular follow-up calls and communicate with clients regarding products and services. Understand client requirements and provide suitable information and assistance. Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.





Follow up with interested clients and ensure timely responses. Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates. Assist clients with basic queries related to company products and services.

Ensure a positive client experience and resolve routine concerns professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service. Achieve assigned monthly sales and client-conversion targets.
