CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of qualified experience in the Refinery and Petrochemical sectors.
Proven track record in Major Project execution, with experience working on both the Client/Owner side and within EPC companies.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of KSA Regulations, including HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) and Royal Commission regulations.
Thorough understanding of local Saudi Arabian codes and standards (SBC - Saudi Building Code).
Technical Standards: Strong familiarity with international project codes and specifications (ACI 318, AISC 360, ASCE 7, ASTM, AASHTO, etc.).
