Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing civil construction activities and ensuring project execution as per approved plans and standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring work progress, and enforcing safety and quality guidelines. The role involves inspecting materials and workmanship, maintaining site documentation, and reporting status updates to project managers and other stakeholders.

Supervisor will also assist in resolving in office issues, verifying adherence to timelines, and supporting efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision capabilities for managing daily civil works.
- Candidates should demonstrate experience working On Site, with the ability to oversee field activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should have solid Quality Control skills, including checking compliance with specifications, standards, and safety norms.
- Candidates should exhibit clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with teams, contractors, and management.
- Relevant experience in civil construction projects, especially commercial or infrastructure works, is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution is beneficial.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, basic project scheduling, and site safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work extended hours on site when required and to adapt to dynamic project conditions.
