Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of AI and cloud projects, and supporting sustainable business growth. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and manage operational frameworks that support rapid solution deployment.

The COO will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, performance metrics, and resource allocation, while maintaining strong client relationships and service quality standards.



Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, supporting talent development, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and inform decisions.
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage costs, forecasts, and profitability.
- Proven leadership experience in a consulting, technology, or related environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, rapid-paced, and outcome-oriented setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Background in AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives is highly beneficial.
