Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, supporting the executive leadership team in strategic planning, decision-making, and day-to-day management. The role includes coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive briefs, and ensuring follow-through on key priorities and projects. The Chief of Staff will manage executive calendars, organize leadership meetings, and streamline internal communication to maintain alignment across departments.

This position also involves analyzing business performance data, preparing reports and presentations,



and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on operational and organizational matters.

Qualifications

- Solid strategic planning, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proven organizational, project management, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leadership support, executive advisory roles, or management consulting, preferably within aviation or related industries.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Aviation, or a related field.
- Comfort with data tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate across different cultures and regions.
