About the role

UniTracko is a bootstrapped edtech platform helping students navigate exams, colleges, scholarships and careers. We are looking for the Founder & CEO's right hand. Someone who sits in the room when a decision is taken, understands the intent behind it, and makes it happen through the internal team, external agencies and the company's network without being chased.

This is an execution role, not a support role. You come back with outcomes, not status updates.

What you will own

Turning intent into execution

- Absorb context from Founder level discussions and convert loose direction into clear scopes, owners and deadlines
- Break down cross functional projects and drive them through Business Development, Sales, Content and Data teams
- Escalate only what genuinely needs the Founder, and solve the rest

Getting work done through others

- Deliver through internal teammates without formal authority, using clarity and follow through
- Brief, manage and review third party agencies across design, tech, marketing and content, holding them to quality and timelines
- Bring in current vendors when existing ones become the bottleneck

Network management and expansion

- Own the Founder's network across schools, coaching academies, counsellors, partners, investors and vendors
- Keep the relationship map current so warm connections do not go cold
- Extend the network into new categories ahead of business demand

Visibility and coordination

- Maintain trackers, MIS and dashboards showing where every priority stands, and flag slippage with a proposed fix




- Prepare decks and data packs for partner, investor and board level conversations
- Manage the calendar, inbox and travel with independent judgement, and drive review action points to closure
- Own hiring coordination, contracts, compliance records and process hygiene

What we are looking for

- 2 to 7 years in a founder's office, executive assistant, business operations or strategy execution role, ideally in a startup
- Proven track record of running multiple projects across internal teams and external agencies at once and landing all of them
- Sharp and quick to grasp context, able to take a vague brief and return with a plan
- Strong written and spoken English and Hindi, with the polish to speak on the Founder's behalf
- Genuine multitasker who holds ten threads without dropping any
- Fluent with Google Workspace, Sheets, Slides, project trackers and AI tools
- Networking instinct, comfortable reaching out cold and building lasting relationships
- High discretion with confidential information, and adaptable during launches and critical phases

Success in 6 months

- The Founder hands over a priority in one conversation and considers it handled
- Every active project has an owner, a timeline and a live tracker
- Agency deliverables land on time without Founder intervention
- The network map is documented, current and measurably wider
