Our client is a fast-growing B2B consumer-tech company working with leading clients in the US market. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business priorities and key customer-facing outcomes.

This role will sit at the intersection of strategy, customer success and business operations, helping drive initiatives that directly impact client relationships, renewals and growth.

What You’ll Do

- Partner closely with the leadership team to drive strategic priorities and critical business initiatives.
- Work across teams to improve execution, solve complex business problems and ensure key initiatives move forward.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s US clients, their business needs and key drivers of customer success.
- Work with Customer Success and commercial teams to track account health, identify risks and support initiatives around retention, renewals and expansion.
- Analyse customer, revenue and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring leadership attention.




- Drive cross-functional projects spanning strategy, customer success, operations and growth.
- Prepare business reviews, strategic analyses and leadership updates to support decision-making.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership and bring structure and rigour to ambiguous business problems.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–8 years of experience across strategy consulting, business strategy, Chief of Staff roles, business operations or high-growth B2B/technology businesses.
- Experience working with B2B clients, particularly US or global customers, would be highly relevant.
- Solid understanding of customer success, account management, renewals, retention and/or revenue growth.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between high-level strategy and execution.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and exposure to senior leadership.
