ABOUT THE ROLE

BridgePoint Technologies is a current, founder-funded credit company. We are building a corporate DSA distributing secured retail loans across a panel of banks, HFCs and NBFCs, beginning in Delhi NCR, and a technology-led underwriting capability on top of it.

We are hiring a Managing Director & CEO to build and run the business. This is the first executive hire. The founders sit on the board and are not operators - the person in this role runs the company, with no executive layer above them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the P&L;, the operating plan and the business end to end
- Secure and negotiate DSA empanelment with banks, HFCs and NBFCs; own payout grids, slab reviews and clawback terms
- Build direct sourcing in loans across Delhi NCR
- Build and retain a channel partner and sub-DSA network, and design the override economics
- Hold login-to-disbursal quality at the level that protects payout slabs and margin
- Hire and lead the first credit,



operations and lender-relationship team
- Ensure compliance with RBI digital lending regulations, lender codes of conduct and DPDP requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 7-18 years in Indian retail lending, including 5+ years carrying a distribution P&L;
- Personal ownership of either a channel network of 200+ active partners or an annual disbursal book of Rs 500 crore or more
- Live relationships with mortgage lenders at national DSA head, business head or credit head level
- Hands-on experience of payout grid negotiation, slab structures, clawbacks and payout reconciliation
- Mortgage-led background at a housing finance company, private bank or retail NBFC preferred
- An unblemished conduct record
