CDP – Indian Tandoor We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Tandoor with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in reputed hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present authentic Indian tandoor dishes to high standards.
- Handle tandoor operations including breads, kebabs, tikka and other grilled preparations.
- Maintain consistency, hygiene, food quality and portion control.
- Manage mise-en-place and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen team.
- Monitor food wastage and maintain proper kitchen standards.
Requirement: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Indian Tandoor is mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
