- Manage and monitor Double Tick automation and WhatsApp-based communication processes * Handle WhatsApp automation, chatbot workflows, templates, triggers, and automated responses * Manage and maintain Zoho applications and CRM processes Provide technical support for CRM, WhatsApp, automation tools, and internal systems Handle CRM data, customer records, lead management, follow-ups, and process tracking * Identify repetitive manual processes and implement process automation solutions * Develop and maintain chat process automation to improve response time and customer experience * Work on Double Tick chat process automation and ensure proper workflow functioning Troubleshoot technical issues related to automation, CRM, WhatsApp, and chat systems Coordinate with customer support and other departments to understand process requirements * Train and configure AI modules based on customer support requirements and business processes * Assist in AI training for chat support, including response patterns, FAQs, workflows, and escalation processes Monitor AI-generated responses and identify areas for improvement Maintain documentation of automation workflows, processes,
