Manage and supervise the company's Accounts and Finance Department . Prepare and maintain Financial Statements , Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements. Handle GST compliance , including GST returns, reconciliation and related documentation.

Handle Income

Tax , TDS and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants . Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports . Monitor company expenses, budgets and financial planning.

Ensure proper accounting records and documentation are maintained. Handle bank reconciliation, payments and cash flow management . Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act and other financial regulations .

Assist management in financial decision-making and cost control. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Prepare MIS reports for management review.
