The ideal candidate should have experience in gym/fitness center operations, sales, team management, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets. If you are confident in managing a fitness center and leading a team, we would love to meet you! ? Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.

Drive membership sales, personal training sales, renewals, and revenue targets . Lead and manage Personal Trainers and other gym staff. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Handle member queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally. Focus on member retention, engagement, and overall customer experience . Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective members.

Ensure proper utilization of the gym, equipment, and facilities. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly center performance reports. Coordinate with the FitZone management team for business and operational requirements.

Support local marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve center performance. ? Candidate Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Gym / Fitness Center Management, Sales, or Operations.

Experience in the fitness industry is preferred . Strong sales and target-achievement mindset. Good team management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.



Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities.

Good knowledge of gym operations and fitness services. Energetic, confident, professional, and well-presented. Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based incentives. ?
