nYana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, controls and performance management of the organisation.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Lead overall financial management, planning and strategy.
n
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.
n
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow across centres.
n
- Develop and monitor centre-wise financial performance and profitability.
n
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial dashboards.
n
- Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding collections and working capital.
n
- Establish solid financial controls and identify revenue leakages.
n
- Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
n
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions.
n
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and internal audits.
n
- Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
n
- Develop financial policies, controls and approval mechanisms.
n
- Review major expenditures, procurement costs and operational expenses.
n
- Analyse marketing expenditure and ROI.
n
- Support management in pricing, expansion and investment decisions.
n
- Prepare financial models for new centres, projects and business expansion.
n
- Monitor budgets versus actual performance and initiate corrective action.
n
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising patient care.
n
- Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, errors and financial leakage.
n




- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
n
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Marketing, Procurement and Centre Managers on financial matters.
n
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Management/Board.

nQualification

- CA – Chartered Accountant preferred.
n
- MBA Finance / CMA / equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning and corporate finance.

- Experience

- 10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/IVF or multi-unit organisations.
n
- Experience in managing finance across multiple branches/centres will be preferred.
n
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
