- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool center.

- Lead, supervise, and support teachers and other center staff.

- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and child-care practices.

- Monitor classroom activities and ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively.

- Maintain a protected, hygienic, and child-friendly environment.

- Handle parent interactions, feedback, concerns, and regular communication.

- Support admissions, enquiries, follow-ups, and center enrollment targets.

- Conduct parent meetings, events, celebrations, and school activities.

- Monitor staff attendance, performance, training, and discipline.

- Maintain student records, attendance, reports, and other center documentation.

- Coordinate with the management/corporate team on operational and academic matters.

- Ensure compliance with preschool policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Help build a positive reputation for the center within the local community.





- Track center performance and work toward achieving business and enrollment goals.

Typical Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree;

qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or Management can be advantageous.

- Experience in preschool/early-childhood education, school administration, or center management.

- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage teachers, parents, children, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.

- Basic understanding of admissions and sales/center business operations.

Important skills for the interview: leadership, parent handling, teacher management, admissions counseling, child safety, conflict resolution, team motivation, and preschool operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
