Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality control for the Cataloging Team. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and marketplace content standards across cataloging projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in content quality, ecommerce content review, cataloging, or marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the overall quality function for the Cataloging Team.

· Establish and maintain quality benchmarks and review processes.

· Conduct audits of product images, descriptions, attributes, and catalog content.

· Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.





· Work closely with Operations and Account Management teams to resolve quality concerns.

· Ensure content meets client, brand, and marketplace-specific guidelines.

· Develop and maintain QC checklists, SOPs, and quality reports.

· Track quality metrics, rejection rates, and improvement areas.

· Train and guide QC team members and execution teams on quality expectations.

· Drive continuous improvement in cataloging quality and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 3–4 years of experience in content quality, content operations, cataloging, ecommerce, or marketplace environments.

· Candidates with a background in Content Writing, Content Editing, Content Quality, or Content Operations can be considered.

· Experience working with large brands, ecommerce marketplaces, or high-volume cataloging environments preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and understanding of content accuracy and consistency.

· Ability to interpret brand guidelines and marketplace requirements.

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

· Immediate joiners preferred.
