Responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling billing and payments, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant/service area.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers professionally. Take orders and serve food and beverages. Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately. Prepare bills and maintain basic transaction records. Clean and maintain tables, utensils, and service areas. Support kitchen and restaurant operations as required. Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: Previous hospitality/restaurant experience preferred. Positive communication and customer-service skills. Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage. Honest, hardworking, and team-oriented. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
