Tenet Diagnostics is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist patients with diagnostic service-related queries, coordinate appointments and home sample collections, and provide timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
- Respond to customer queries regarding diagnostic tests, packages, pricing, reports, appointments, and services.
- Schedule and coordinate diagnostic appointments.
- Escalate clinical or technical queries to the appropriate medical/laboratory team rather than providing personal medical advice.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
