Role Overview

As Café Assistant, you will support daily café and kitchen operations, assist the barista team, and ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, well-presented environment. Your role is vital in food preparation, presentation, customer service, and maintaining overall café standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and assembly (sandwiches, salads, baked items, light café food).
- Ensure food presentation meets café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in the kitchen and café areas.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service at tables and counter.
- Support baristas during busy service hours.
- Handle stock replenishment and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.




- Contribute to smooth workflow and positive team culture.

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, café service, or kitchen work preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic food preparation and handling knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused.
- Willingness to work weekends and café shifts.
- Bengaluru-based candidates preferred.
