About CadreSports
CadreSports is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization building India’s amateur sports ecosystem. We use sport as a platform for public health, youth leadership, gender inclusion, community building and social impact. Through leagues, community programmes, digital infrastructure, partnerships, and leadership initiatives, we are making sport more accessible, inclusive and sustainable across India.
About The Fellowship The CadreSports Fellowship is a 15-month paid leadership and industry immersion program for students and young professionals who want to create meaningful impact through sport.
Fellows work on real projects and challenges across the sports ecosystem- engaging with communities, supporting sports organizations, contributing to partnerships and helping design and deliver initiatives that increase participation and create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on project requirements and individual strengths, fellows may contribute across the following areas:
· Program Delivery & Operations: Support leagues, tournaments and community initiatives; coordinate participants and venues
· Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with schools, universities, communities and sports organizations; support outreach and participation.
· Partnerships & Growth: Support engagement with federations, institutions, corporates,
foundations and government stakeholders; assist with research outreach.
· Research, Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to ecosystem research, programme design and practical solutions to challenges in participation, access, technology and sports development.
· Marketing & Storytelling: Capture field stories and outcomes; contribute to content, communications and campaigns.
· Data & Impact: Support data collection, reporting and impact measurement; use insights to improve programme delivery.

Prior sports industry experience is not required.
