Qualification: CA Qualified
Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Core Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare and analyze MIS and management reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Assist in cash flow and working capital analysis.
- Prepare financial models and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reports.
Candidate Profile
- CA Qualified with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting and core finance concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates with experience in FP&A; / Financial Analysis / Core Finance will be preferred.
