Role Description The BY WMS Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based Remotely. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS) solutions for client warehouses and distribution centers. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business and functional requirements, designing system workflows, performing configuration and testing, and supporting go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and project management, to ensure that WMS solutions align with client processes and performance goals. This role also involves documenting solution designs, training end users, troubleshooting issues,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within Knock Work Service.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in BY WMS or similar warehouse management systems, including configuration, testing, and support.
- Technical skills like Page Builder, Nice Labels, Jasper Reports are expected.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, troubleshooting system issues, and using problem-solving skills to resolve operational and technical challenges.
- Ability to work on-site with client teams Remotely, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with software implementation methodologies, documentation practices, and user training techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, information technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in BY WMS or supply chain systems are an advantage.
- Comfort working in rapid-paced project environments, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Openness to learning new technologies and tools related to warehouse management, supply chain, and enterprise software.
