- Explain relevant courses and test series and communicate their perks.
- Build rapport and trust with students/parents.
- Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Handle objections related to pricing, competitors, and decision-making.
- Make effective closing attempts and encourage course enrollment.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and reminders.
- Nurture leads and maintain regular follow-up until conversion.
- Provide counselling with a mentor-like and student-focused approach.
