Role Description

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business through architects, interior designers, dealers, builders, and furniture manufacturers.

Conduct regular client visits and generate leads.

Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.





Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Manage dealer development and market expansion.

Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Experience in paints, coatings, interior products, or building materials preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is mandatory.

Field sales experience preferred.

Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
