Role Description The Business Strategy Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and business planning efforts across the organization. This role involves conducting market and competitive research, analyzing business data, and preparing insights that inform key decisions.

The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business plans, create presentations and reports for leadership, and support client-facing consulting engagements. Day-to-day activities include identifying growth opportunities, assessing operational performance, and recommending actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.



The role also requires clear communication of findings to stakeholders and active participation in strategic discussions.

Qualifications

- Robust Business Planning skills, with the ability to develop and evaluate business models, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis tools.
- Experience in Market Research, such as gathering industry data, assessing trends, and analyzing competitors and customer segments.
- Excellent Communication capabilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement.
- Background in Consulting or advisory work, with experience translating analysis into practical recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and basic business analytics software.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting is an advantage.
