Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the gems & jewellery industry.
- Manage showroom sales, retail operations, and retail sales teams to achieve targets.
- Oversee state-level operations, ensuring effective management of multiple locations AP & Telangana.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and develop plans to increase market share.
Job Requirements :
- 8-30 years of experience in business development, business growth, or related fields.
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale retail operations or similar industries (gems & jewellery).
- Robust understanding of gold, gems, and jewelry products; knowledge of current trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent managerial skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
