We are planning to launch our high quality products in India and we are looking for a Business Head to head our pan India Operations.

Role Description We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Head from FMCG industry to lead the domestic market launch and scale-up of our Natural Food Colours division. This role requires strong ownership of both sales execution and demand generation, with a hands-on approach to market development and will be responsible for end-to-end business ownership, starting from product launches, team building and eventually regional and pan India scale-up.

The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong ground-level execution capability, especially in FMCG B2B ingredient sales environments.

Qualifications & Experience

● Educational Qualification

○ Bachelor’s/PG degree in:





○ Food Technology / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Engineering

○ MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

● Experience Required

○ 8–15 years of experience in:

○ FMCG/Food ingredients / Food colours / Flavours

○ Specialty chemicals (B2B)

● Proven experience in:

○ Market development

○ B2B sales leadership

○ Team handling

Must-Have Skills

● Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

● Understanding of food ingredient applications

● Ability to drive ground-level execution

● Experience in building recent markets from scratch

● Strong analytical and decision-making ability

● Hands-on experience with CRM tools

● Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil & English.

● Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

● Must have had exposure outside Kerala, preferably in Delhi and Mumbai.

● Must have headed at least a zone(multiple states) independently.
