About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee who will be one of the front-facing representatives of Sharedpro.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, travelling, attending meetings/events, and representing a company professionally. The candidate will work closely with the business development team and will get hands-on exposure to client interaction, relationship building, and business growth activities.

Key Responsiblities:

Represent Sharedpro in client meetings, business events, trade shows, conferences and networking opportunities.





Drive business growth for AI Interviewer, Communication Lab and Expression Measure API.

Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, generate qualified leads and build the sales pipeline.

Research current client avenues, market trends and expansion opportunities.

Present and demonstrate the AI products with confidence and technical clarity.

Schedule, coordinate and lead client discussions, sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Maintain structured follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline and close business opportunities.

Build and retain relationships with decision-makers, clients and prospective partners.

Travel as required for business meetings, industry events and client presentations.
