We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on recruitment and staffing services. This crucial role involves identifying current business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their unique hiring needs, closing recruitment and staffing engagements, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B clients across IT, SaaS, Healthcare, Semiconductor/VLSI, Education, and other target sectors. Generate leads through strategic outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.

. Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and recruitment terms.

- Convert prospects into active clients by securing new business engagements.



Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Collaborate with Recruitment and Client Success teams to ensure seamless requirement fulfilment. Drive repeat business and secure additional requirements from existing clients.
- Track and report on pipeline status, meetings, MSA closures, active requirements, placements, and revenue. Follow up consistently to ensure successful closure and timely payment.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience selling recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR services is highly preferred. Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
