We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with similar product knowledge/in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify potential business opportunities and market segments
2. To work with Real Estate/ layout developers/Builders/architects in and around Bangalore

(Urban Rural)

3. Promote company products and ensure empanelment with key clients and institutions

4. Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into successful orders

5. Identify and actively participate in potential business expos, trade fairs, and industry events

6. Explore new markets and contribute to the development and expansion of the client base

7. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning





Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role

Solid interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

- Ability to work independently and travel as needed

- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented

- Creative mindset with attention to detail
