As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sky IT Solutions' growth trajectory by securing high-value enterprise contracts. You will lead complex sales cycles, from initial strategic prospecting to final contract negotiation, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in key markets
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level deals for custom software and digital transformation services
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives
- Collaborate with the technical team to formulate compelling, custom solutions for complex client needs
- Represent Sky IT Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic market insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, specifically within IT services, SaaS, or custom software development
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close six-figure deals




- Solid established network and ability to build relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Deep understanding of modern technology stacks and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings and events

Compensation ₹30,000–₹70,000/month, based on experience and track record, plus a variable component tied to closed revenue.

Work Setup

Mostly remote — work from anywhere, with occasional visits to our Kolkata office and travel for key client meetings and industry events.
