nWe are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Construction / Infrastructure industry and a proven track record of handling Government Projects.

nThe ideal candidate should have strong relationships with government departments, authorities and key decision-makers, along with experience in developing and closing large-value projects.

nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and drive business opportunities with Government departments and authorities.

- Identify and pursue new government construction/infrastructure projects.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
n
- Identify relevant tenders, projects and business opportunities.
n
- Manage the complete sales/business development cycle from lead generation to project closure.
n
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, tenders and commercial discussions.
n




- Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to close business opportunities.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
n
- Develop long-term relationships with government and institutional clients.
n
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

nCandidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
n
- Construction / Infrastructure industry experience is mandatory.
n
- Strong experience in Government Projects / Government Sales is mandatory.
n
- Should have experience dealing with Government departments, authorities, PSUs or government institutions.
n
- Strong understanding of government tendering and project-based sales.
n
- Proven track record of handling and closing large-value projects.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Solid business development and relationship-building capabilities.
