Role Description: We are hiring a senior business development professional who can independently identify, pursue, and convert opportunities in the building services sector.

You will be responsible for building a pipeline of clients — primarily property developers,

facility managers, architects, and PMC firms — and converting them into project enquiries and contracts. You know the Mumbai construction and MEP ecosystem well enough to walk into meetings without hand-holding and come back with something useful.



You will also guide and structure the work of a junior associate who will support your outreach.

What this role involves:

● Mapping and meeting key decision-makers across developers, housing societies, Data Centres,

commercial property managers, architects, and consultants in Mumbai.

● Generating qualified leads for turnkey projects

● Representing the company in project discussions and early-stage negotiations

● Setting the BD rhythm and process for the team

What we're looking for:

● 5–8 years in business development or sales within HVAC, MEP, building services, or a related contracting/construction segment

● Solid existing network in Mumbai's real estate or building services ecosystem

● Comfortable working independently and closing conversations without extensive internal support.

● BE or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

● Working knowledge of Mumbai tender mechanics (Preferred)
