ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Non-IT Staffing / Recruitment industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business relationships, generating staffing requirements, and driving revenue growth.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must have prior experience specifically in Non-IT Staffing. Candidates from IT Staffing / IT Recruitment backgrounds are not eligible and are requested not to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references and market research.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for closures.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, commercial discussions and contract closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Develop new accounts and expand business with existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers as required.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and identify potential business opportunities.
- Ensure strong client servicing and long-term account relationships
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in Business Development / Sales within the Non-IT Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment and manpower solutions.
- Experience in client acquisition, B2B sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to generate and close business.
- Candidates must be from Non-IT Staffing companies only.
