Role Description The Business Development Manager role at KayEase is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target segments, preparing proposals and pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to shape offerings that meet client needs.

The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for leadership.



This position requires close coordination with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to build and grow strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and close deals.
- Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-informed decision-making.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a business development or similar client-facing role, preferably in technology, digital solutions, or consumer brands.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
