Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Kmedia is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the team member identifies and develops new business opportunities, builds and maintains client relationships, and drives revenue growth for the agency. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored social media and marketing solutions.

The Business Development

Manager negotiates contracts, manages the sales pipeline,



and tracks performance metrics to ensure targets are met. This role also involves staying updated on digital marketing trends and competitors to support strategic planning and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, content production, and SEO.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
