Role Description The Business Development Manager (Intern) role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building with residential and commercial prospects. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, assisting in preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

The intern will collaborate with design and project teams to understand service offerings, align client needs with solutions, and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.



This role offers hands-on exposure to business development in the interior design industry and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct market and client research, analyze basic data, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, networking, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Interest in interiors, architecture, or design, with a willingness to learn about residential and commercial design services.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) to support business development activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on-site in Pune Division as part of a collaborative team.
