? We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our business across the Media, Broadcast & OTT technology space.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and work closely with the technical team to propose the right solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Media, Broadcast, OTT,



or IT/Technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
