Business Development Manager – Google Ads (Goldie Process) About the Process The Google Ads (Goldie Process) is a field sales initiative focused on helping SMEs and local businesses increase their online visibility through Google Ads.

Business Development

Managers will engage with assigned merchant leads, educate them about digital advertising opportunities, and onboard them onto Google Ads with a starting campaign budget of ₹5,000.

Key Responsibilities Visit assigned SME and merchant leads in the designated territory. Promote and onboard businesses onto Google Ads solutions. Educate merchants on the benefits of Google Ads, Google Maps visibility, and digital marketing.

Manage the complete onboarding process, including documentation, account setup, payment collection, and campaign activation. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and sales activities.

Candidate Profile





Experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of target achievement.

Experience in selling digital products, advertising solutions, fintech products, or business services is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and merchant acquisition. Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts in a simple manner. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline. 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, or Digital Advertising. Must own an Android smartphone. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
