About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring a Business Development Manager to develop high-value B2B opportunities across Retail, Commercial, F&B; and built-environment sectors.

The role focuses on corporate client acquisition, consultative selling, chance development and relationship management for PMC & Design Consulting services.

✅ Business Development

- Research target companies, expansion plans, upcoming projects and decision-makers
- Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, references, research and outbound outreach
- Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline
- Work with senior management on live opportunities and strategic accounts

✅ Client Meetings & Relationships

- Attend online and physical client meetings
- Understand project requirements, locations, timelines and expansion plans
- Build relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers and stakeholders
- Identify client challenges and position Sparrow’s PMC & Design Consulting solutions

✅ Proposals & Sales

- Support proposals, presentations, company profiles and pitch materials
- Assist in customised solutions, commercial discussions and negotiations





✅ Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain lead databases, follow-up trackers and opportunity pipelines
- Track meetings, proposals and BD activities

Eligibility

? MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred

- Final-year MBA students and recent graduates may apply
- 1–3 years in B2B Sales, PMC, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Commercial or F&B; projects preferred

? Preferred Institutes

IIMs, FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, NMIMS, Symbiosis, IIFT, FORE, BIMTECH, Jaipuria, JIMS, NDIM, IILM and other reputed B/B business schools.
