Role Description:

- Generate current B2B business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and field visits
- Present our services and prepare proposals/quotations
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure




- Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into clients
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat/upselling opportunities

Qualifications

- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Account Management
- Candidates with a sales background in the machinery/engineering industry and familiarity with CAD softwares will be preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong field sales and client-facing experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Solid networking and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive approach to lead generation
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently
