Team OneHR is a UK-based recruitment and HR consultancy helping small businesses hire the right people and build the HR support they don't have time for. We're growing, and we need someone on the ground in India to help us reach more clients and move faster on the candidates already in our pipeline.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder, not buried in a big team. If you like picking up the phone, you're comfortable hearing no a few times before getting a yes, and you want real input into a growing business, this is worth a conversation.

What you'll do

- Research and reach out to small and mid-sized UK businesses that could use recruitment or HR support
- Make outbound calls introducing Team OneHR and turn interested conversations into signed clients
- Call candidates to screen them for live roles and keep them updated through the process
- Keep clients updated on how their search is going
- Handle HR admin and coordination: scheduling, follow-ups, keeping records current

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or HR
- Fluent in spoken and written English,



you'll be representing a UK business directly to UK clients
- Genuinely comfortable on the phone, cold calls included
- Own laptop/computer and smartphone, with a stable internet connection
- Organized enough to manage multiple conversations at once
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with real autonomy

Nice to have

- Experience in a small business or startup
- Background in the UK recruitment or HR market
- Familiarity with basic CRM tools

Hours and pay

Approximately 20–25 hours per week, fully remote, with reasonable overlap with UK business hours. On top of the base pay, you'll earn commission on new clients you help bring in, so your effort on the business development side directly grows your earnings. Room to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
