Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, proactive, and interested in learning the fundamentals of sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

The intern will work closely with our team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, generate leads, and support the overall business development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn/Instagram outreach, emails, and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication
- Schedule and support client meetings and business discussions
- Maintain lead databases and regularly update outreach activities
- Explore new opportunities through online platforms, networking,



and market research
- Support the team in achieving business development targets

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Performance Incentive: 10% recurring incentive on clients successfully onboarded through your efforts.

Note: This is an onsite role. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the Futuresmith office at Behala Flying Club, Parnasree.
