? We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern – Transport ERP & IT Sales

? Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Intern who understands the Transport / Logistics industry and Transport ERP cycle .

✅ Transport ERP / Logistics domain experience is MANDATORY.

- Immediate joiners preferred - FULL TIME JOB

? Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month

? Performance Incentive: ₹30,000 for every successfully closed deal

You should have a valuable understanding of transport workflows such as:

Trip → LR/Consignment → POD/ePOD → Billing → Payments → Fleet Operations

What You’ll Do

Leads will be provided by us.

Your responsibility will be to:

- Speak with provided leads and understand their requirements

• Present our Transport ERP, Custom ERP, Website & Mobile App solutions

- Conduct follow-ups and coordinate product demos
- Understand the client's business requirements
- Handle objections and negotiations




- Convert qualified leads into paying customers

• Follow the opportunity until deal closure

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of the Transport / Logistics business cycle is mandatory

• Previous exposure to Transport ERP / Logistics Software preferred

- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Comfortable discussing ERP, Website and Mobile App development requirements
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and confident in closing deals

There is strong earning potential for good performers — the better you close, the more you earn.
