Role Description The Business Development Intern role at Inteelabs is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the business development team in identifying and qualifying potential clients, researching market opportunities in biotech, healthcare, diagnostics, and food technology, and maintaining lead databases. Daily activities include assisting with outreach, preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating meetings, and documenting client requirements and feedback.





The intern will help analyze competitive landscapes, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with scientific capabilities. This role offers hands-on exposure to building strategic partnerships and understanding how innovative biotech solutions are positioned in the market.

Qualifications

- Robust business development and sales support skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building.
- Market research and analytical skills to assess industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, proposals, and professional correspondence.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding or keen interest in biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or related scientific domains.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or database tools) and general digital literacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
