Business Development Expert – Switchgear & Electrical Panels

We are looking for an experienced

Business Development professional from the

Switch gear / Electrical Panel / LV-MV / Power Distribution industry to drive business growth in one of our key international markets.

Key Responsibilities Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships. Identify and convert opportunities across

EPCs, consultants, contractors, industries, utilities and channel partners . Build and manage the project/sales pipeline and achieve business targets. Drive consultant/specification approvals and project opportunities. Lead techno-commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide market intelligence to management.

Candidate Profile 8–12 years of relevant experience in

Business Development / Sales / Key Accounts within switchgear, panels,



electrical distribution or related industries. Robust understanding of

LV/MV switchgear, electrical panels and project-based sales . Established customer/EPC/consultant network in the local market. Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Electrical/Power Engineering background preferred.

Critical Requirement

Candidates must be currently working and physically based in Dhaka, Colombo or Kathmandu . Only local candidates from reputed companies in the electrical/switchgear/panel industry will be considered.

Candidates from reputed organizations such as

ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Eaton, Legrand, L&T; and established local manufacturers/EPCs/channel partners are preferred.
