Business Development Executive (BDE) – Commercial Real Estate (Field Sales)Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive (Field) to join our commercial real estate brokerage team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be on-the-ground market mapping to identify commercial properties (shops, offices, or showrooms) available for lease or sale. You will be the first point of contact for landlords—pitching our brokerage services, understanding their commercial terms, and securing the mandate to close the deal.If you love being out on the field, building networks, and closing deals, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities

- Field Scouting: Conduct daily field visits to identify vacant or upcoming commercial properties in assigned target areas.
- Landlord Acquisition: Pitch our brokerage platform to commercial property owners, landlords, and builders.
- Deal Structuring: Understand the landlord's expectations (rent, deposit, lock-in period) and onboard their properties onto our portfolio.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain a solid pipeline of commercial property leads and build long-term relationships with property owners.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of market trends, rental rates, and new commercial developments in your territory.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales, real estate sourcing, lead generation, or business development. (Prior real estate experience is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, pitching, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Traits: Highly energetic, comfortable with cold-approaching people, and target-driven.
- Education: Graduate with an aptitude for sales.
