Business Development Executive - MBA Fresher / Experienced

About the Role iTSoftExpert is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Zirakpur.

This opportunity is open to MBA freshers as well as experienced professionals who are interested in sales, business development, client acquisition, and technology solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce and explain iTSoftExpert's digital and technology services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare business proposals and coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and client interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and AI Solutions.

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or IT Services Sales are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing or IT Services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
