Business Development Executive – EdTech & STEM Education

Pixiu Tech LLP is a technology education company working in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Drones, 3D Printing and STEM education. We work with schools to deliver practical, technology-focused learning programs for students.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive who can help us expand our school network and build solid relationships with schools and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach schools for Pixiu Tech's STEM, Robotics and technology education programs
- Contact school management, principals, coordinators and other decision-makers
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking and other sales activities
- Conduct meetings and presentations with schools
- Explain Pixiu Tech's programs, benefits and implementation model
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into partnerships
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective schools
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain lead, follow-up and conversion records
- Coordinate with the internal team for demonstrations, proposals and onboarding

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, education sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Confidence in meeting and speaking with school decision-makers
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in EdTech, education, school sales or B2B sales will be an advantage

Compensation ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month + guaranteed performance-based incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills and performance.

What You'll Work On

This is a hands-on business development role. You will directly contribute to Pixiu Tech's growth by helping us build relationships with schools and expand our education programs.
