PDM NextGen Solutions LLP is expanding its business development team and looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join us.

Job Location

Mohali | Chandigarh | Zirakpur | Derabassi | Panchkula

Work Type: Field Sales / Client Meetings

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Weekly Off

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses and meet potential clients to generate new leads.
- Promote and sell our website development services.
- Generate business for mobile app development projects.
- Promote digital marketing services and monthly marketing packages.
- Promote and enroll students in our Digital Marketing Courses.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client information.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients and presenting services.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, mobile apps, or online business solutions.
- Ability to generate leads through field visits and networking.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking.
- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
