Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role focuses on identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations, and following up on prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.

The associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, and contribute to sales strategies and business development initiatives.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

- Solid presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Competence in market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and target customer segments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions; prior experience in a technology or services environment is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software is beneficial.
